Default Led into on turn

What do you generally do in this type of situation
I usually call and then evauate river but lately they've had like a set/2pair or whatever so imwondering if we can jsut fold outright
opponent is multitabling and fullstacked on 2 tables but apart from that i have 0 read because i rarely play on pokerstars and just sat down 10 minutes ago

Hard to say something useful about this.
I expect someone taking this line will surely have TPGK beat, you gathered that much yourself.

I fold without a better read. If he made a smaller bet, 40 or so I might raise it up to 140, planning to check behind on the river, and fold to a 3-bet.
