yup, they are a lot of fun

games like this and ddr and dk bongos etc attract a lot of people who don't otherwise play video games because they are simple and fun; they don't require dedicating 40 hours of your time or learning 5 pages of button combinations

i think there has been a thread or two about this that should be here, or if not, it's in Puzzles & Other Games forum, where people talked about GH2...so if people don't respond much here, it may just be because they already discussed it

but it gets much [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] with the POG crowd

weedley weedley weedley

I suck at this game. I haven't five-starred anything on Expert yet, and I still haven't passed Hanger 18. I'll get you yet GT1T, though (if Beatmania doesn't destroy my hands first...)

The game needs more instrumental tracks like Jessica and Jordan. Mainly because TOP PLAYAS are going to demand more absurd guitar solos, and the fact that whoever they have singing the covers sucks (Mother and Killing In The Name Of are rofltastically bad).

I absolutely love this game and am completely addicted to it. There are a couple POGgers who have the game. I was thinking of getting some kind of friendly 2p2 competition started but its tough. I don't think there's enough pull for it. Hopefully more 2p2 guitar heroes will chime in.

For those who dont know, www.scorehero.com is a great site for all things guitar hero. Their forums are great and the site admin and mods do a great job.

P.S. I need to visit mod's playground more often I almost missed this

I didn't think I would like this game because it was just about pushing buttons and getting a high score. I played a demo in Walmart the other day, and it is surprisingly fun. I want to play more, but I don't have the game.

I played Guitar Hero for the first time at work several days ago. I plan on buying a PS2 and these two games, very good stuff.
