Is this standard? Fold river?
Original PFR was 27/3/.5 over 170. He's not the main villain in the hand.
CO, the main villain, was unknown. I had 5 hands on him. PokerStars 3/6 Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums) Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. 1 fold, MP raises, CO calls, 2 folds, Hero 3-bets, MP calls, CO calls. Final Pot: 14.16 BB I almost folded the turn. (I didn't realize that I had a gutshot; basically a reverse professor77). I figured I had enough outs vs two pair, but I underestimated how easy it is for him to have a straight here (Q9, 98, 9 with spades). Anyone fold the river or do something differently? Anyone not 3bet PF vs the 27/3 over 170 guy? |

Re: Is this standard? Fold river?
Tough because you can't fold turn with your gutshot, and getting just better than 13:1 on the river I want to call but I don't really see what you're beating against this guy.

Re: Is this standard? Fold river?
I'm leaning towards folding the river. I suppose we beat AJ, KJ, QJ, but those are not likely.

Re: Is this standard? Fold river?
I wouldn't fold this for my own sake, that's too much of a laydown, just call and pray he was bluffing or a maniac just joined your table.
