He clearly put you on a flush draw and when the turn missed he donked. I'd bet the river.

did your friend have any reads?

I'd be inclined to check behind here. I think el stop n go guy wants to be el check n raise guy on the river and that would suck.

Against an aggressive player I'd check behind, against a passive player, I think I value bet. I'm still working on this part of my game, so I'm proably way off.

I think I bet here because I doubt he'll be check-rasing here, or that he has a better hand. The bet on the turn looks like a bet to prevent what looks like a free card play. He probably has a pair which he'll pay off your two pair.

Bet. I expect to see a lower two pair; the odds of him having a flush are pretty low, and lower given the stop and go on the turn.

Lower two pair? I expect to see Tx. Maybe 9x. This is the easiest bet in the world regardless. Checking is at least a 0.75 BB mistake.

I'm just inferring it form the stop-and-go. Maybe T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] X[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] or a picked up straight draw.

I would bet this with just a queen. The ten makes it an easy bet.
