3/6 Stars: TPTK Reraised 150BB
I don't have much history with villain. He seems like a TAG/nit with holes in his game based on the few hands I've played with him. The hand in question is the second one, which occurred 5 minutes after the first against the same villain. The first hand is merely for history and I understand that it may not be the best spot for a flop steal.

hm, turn seems like a scared bet. I'd call and see what he does on the river...if he checks, push. Regardless these are the types of spots I hate.

How is it scared to leave 300ish behind when the pot is gonna be like 1500 on the river if you call and there arenīt any draws ?

Re: 3/6 Stars: TPTK Reraised 150BB
hopefully i'm not being results oriented, but i'd say check behind flop. you shouldnt be too concerned about free cards, and I doubt he'll put in a whole stack with TP2K or worse.
as played, only call flop if you intend to probably call off the rest, especially on blanks like that. |

Re: 3/6 Stars: TPTK Reraised 150BB
very odd bet on turn... Might have to pay him off here without a good read, I think you might be ahead here given the way he slowplayed 2 pair earlier, it seems unlikely he would do a CR with 2 pair here on the flop. More i think about it, seems like your hand is good here most of the time.

"Can anyone fold TPTK on this flop given the former hand/momentum?"
What effect do you think this might have on the psychology of this hand? |
