Default Huge Full Tilt Problem

My Full Tilt client freezes constantly, about once every 5-10 minutes for 10-30 seconds. Needless to say, this is very worrisome and I was wondering if any of you have the same problems or know of a way to fix it?

Any help on this would be super awesome

Just tonight? Recently? Ever since you've installed it? Problems with internet connection? Are all safety doors closed?

Ever since I've installed it. IE works and opens new pages and whatnot while this is happening and I've got IMs on AIM during these times too, so I don't think its connection related.

Oh, and safety doors? lolz? what?

Check out this super awesome ss of freezeup in action:

I blacked out names and the AIM window, the yellow is none of my doing, just Full Tilt being super awesomely frozen. Lasts for a few seconds when it goes yellow, freezes last up to 30 seconds.

A bunch of people have had this problem IIRC. I will sometimes have it if I am running iTunes as well as the 8 tables and PT/PAHUD. I think the generic response from FTP is it is on your end - so it is either your connection or you are running to many programs/processes on your machine

Ya I never had any probs before, but tonight FT has locked up and crashed on me several times. I don't think their servers can handle the load. Sucks.

I have been having problems tonight too, to the point that I'm not playing any more for the night. I just sent them a curt email, we'll see if they respond.

I have a 3.4ghz cpu with 2 gigs ram. Never had problems running all the stuff I did plus a bunch of AHK scripts on Party, and there I played 6 tables so I don't think its a performance issue. Would all my other stuff work just fine if it was? Because my iTunes keeps playing fine with no skipping or stopping and AIM seems to work just fine during the FT lock ups.

Yeah I get the same yellow screens on mine. Everything else on my comp runs absolutely fine during this. FWIW my setup is a 3400+ A64 dual core, so it should be fine handling this stuff.
