I've had this pre-ordered since May. Just got a e-mail from Amazon saying it's being delayed and I need to approve the new delivery date.

Yeah, it's been delayed for a while. I reported this a couple of weeks ago. I think Johnny Chan's book got delayed by quite a bit as well. I guess those guys are too busy to worry about writing books, it might turn out to be a mess.

Fact-the book has NOT gone to the printers as of today but it is getting closer to that point. So yes it will still be a while.
