I was at a cardgame with my brother who is 10 years older then me and a couple of his older married friends found out I worked for Realtor.com and they asked me about a million questions. This has happened more then once when around "older" people.

If any one OOT's older crowd have questions about how Realtor.com works or anything else you want to know I will be glad to answer.

CBGundaker.com is for a specific area where as Realtor.com is for the whole country. We max the photos out a 6 a MLS number to keep the server space required for photos to a reasonable amount.

No, because we don't actaully sell any properties or even care how many properties are on the site, or what they cost we don't record any data like this. However, this is something your local Board of Realtors might keep track of.

Well at Realtor.com we don't make any money of the selling of properties or any referral money. The only money Realtor.com makes if by selling "products" to Real Estate agents who want to add more features to the property they have listed on our website. The sales of "products" has consitently gone up since I started working here in Feb '05.
