I can't find the damn article that I just read about two hours ago.....I've read so many.
It was an article about Barclays UK dropping ties with Neteller. |

Anyway, that "plan" would constitute a violation of just about every T&C for every online poker room and casino out there. Right now, it looks most likely that the worst that may happen is that US banks and credit card companies will block deposits into third party companies, like neteller and firepay. The "work-around" for this is called bankroll management. Keep your working bankroll online, withdrawing as needed. It's unlikely that US banks and credit card companies will block incoming $$ from these third party money movers. Planning to play at sites from the US that have barred players from the US isn't a good idea. There are plenty of other sites out there to play at. |

I would be very leary of any schemes to change addresses, open canadian PO boxes, etc, at this time. I think I will post on a different forum on this later. |
