Default Firepay is ripping us off

I have used firepay for awhile now, pretty quick. I went to cashout the other day, and this is what I found, a $10 cashout fee. I emailed them, saying this was new, and not something I agreed to, especially because youpay 3.99 to put money IN.

Here is their reply. LAME, SO DON'T SUPPORT FIREPAY!

Hi Ryan,

FirePay policies are subject to change without notification.

Best regards,

Jessica

I know. My complaint was, I PAID 3.99 already to deposit, under the terms, that, NO FEE FOR CASHOUTS, then they changed their policy, shouldn't they at least refund my 3.99?

Obviously, 3.99 or 10 bucks doesn't matter all that much to me personally, but it's the principle. I actually want to put some more money in pokerstars, but won't use Firepay, I am in the process of starting something new.

What if I owned a car lot, and sold you a car, then said, oh, by the way, your $200 car payment is now 250, or I will repossess the car, policies are subject to change without notification.

That is what firepay is doing.

then you are an idiot for buying a car from a dealership w/ a policy that allows them to change the terms on your lease w/o notification.

Firepay sucks pure and simple.

I've used them since I started and would love to abandon ship but is Neteller any better?
