Workaround for FTP players
Hey all,
I think you can work around the bill even if neteller stops. If you transfer money to FTP now, then later you can always withdraw through a check from ftp which is free for ppl inside the united states. The check has to be over 300 dollars tho. If anybody feels this will not work, let me know. |

Re: Workaround for FTP players
The workarounds will be numerous...The most important factor is that the site stay open and do not Ban US player prematurly if at all..I think the $300 min check withdraw may put some players off...I would lower that to $50 with a limited number a withdraws per week and monthly..
I also think we will likely see some LARGE "last deposit" bonuses with higher then normal clearing rates in order help sustain the poker economy and attach the "new" players to a site that will help the US customer.. |

Re: Workaround for FTP players
Also, as I understand it, they have exempted checks from the "ban", so we should be able to send them directly to FTP. The key thing is that FTP stays open to us.

Re: Workaround for FTP players
Its completely obvious checks aren't included in this for the simple reason that the checks don't have to be from "poker player" to "poker site" or vice versa. They can have us write checks to Joe Shmo who may or may not be an employee of the site, and they can have their banks send us cashouts.
