Presumably only people who tried to cash out and the cash out failed for some reason.

It's a returned cashout. This can happen for several reasons, most likely is that it was a hanging cashout that you requested when NT were down for maintenance.
Alternatives would be withdrawing to an account that doesn't exist, for example. |

Made a $1500 cashout on 10/02/06. My $600 deposit was refunded immediately. I'm now 2 hours away from it being 48 hours to recieve the other $900.
