I'm sorry but I'm not very knowledgable of these sort of things but what is LSE and what good would moving regulation to the UK be? Wouldnt it still be hard for these companies, like Party, to operate with US accounts?

um, the UK proper won't be regulating sites for quite some time. this article must be referring to Gibralte, where Party is already based...there is no moving for them to do

That is one of the most inaccurate articles I have read all day. Did they do any research at all? There was a feature/cover story in their own magazine last May about the WTO and World Sports Exchange. How can they get things so wrong?

Correction #1, Nobody from World Sports Exchange was ever indicted for fraud, racketeering or anything other than a violation of the Wire Act.

Correction #2, I spent 18 months in prison, if that's several months to them so be it.

Correction #3, The UK can not bring a WTO case on its own. They don't have a seat at the table, the EU does.

Does the writer even read his own magazine? Did he make any attempt to contact any of the people involved or does he just go on accepted myths and hearsay?

Um, 18 months sounds like several months to me. 18 is like the very definition of several.

17, several, 19.

a guy tells you he spent 18 months in the slammer, and you try to score grammar points? Way to go.

This article is [censored] retarded. I may as well have written an article based an my knowledge...which is apparently less limited than that of this individual.

Not are you wrong, but, more importantly you're being grossly insensitive to someone who did significant time due to being one of the few people who challenged our stupid gambling laws.

Advice you should consider.

If it were something that were closer to you I'm sure you'd see the difference rather than being an ass.
