Default Why is everyone cashing out?

I understand why everyone is cashing out of party, but why is everyone cashing out of other sites? Once Bush signs the bill on wednesday (or next week,) we still have 270 days to play and then we can cash out? What's the point of cashing out so fast?

You don't have 270 days to play on the sites that block you immediately.

Besides, reloading is instantaneous. Just reload when needed.

I understand with sites that block you immediately, but what's the point of doing it from sites like Full Tilt, Stars, and other sites like this that have yet to do anything?

It's 270 days max, but regulations could be in place much quicker than that. Additionally, not all sites are well-trusted, and many fear that some of them won't be able to cover all the cashouts. Those who withdraw first get their money. Those who wait might not.

But I trust Stars like anything, so I don't really view it as a problem. But I've seen many people already cash out of stars. Should I cash out of Stars as well and just hold the money in Neteller/ Also, should I leave a small amount like 1K to play on Stars, or should I take it all out and then wait for their decision.

imho, cashing out of a site that has, or says it will, leave the US market is a no brainer. But large sites that are trusted, such as paradise or stars, I think it makes sense to leave a good br in the site and wait.

As for me, I started playing on interpoker last month, because they had a bonus that was very attractive. They announced that bonus was no longer available to US players. I pulled out all of my money in 2.3 nanoseconds, and will never go back. I also pulled my modest br out of tilt, not b/c I don't trust them, I do, but because I play on paradise and stars MUCH more, and don't need money on all the different sites right about now.

But I would definitely assume that replenishing one's account from the US may become difficult/mildly risky in a few weeks/months. Now the law appears loophole ridden, and one of the $64,000 questions is what neteller and its like will do, but even if they all pulled out of the US, some company would spring up. The other questions are whether paradise/stars etc will continue allowing US players to fund their accounts, by whatever means. That is the $6.4 MILLION question, and I wouldn't even venture a guess.
