Idea for those outside the US
I'm posting this because I want to use it.
Provide dummy addresses for US gamblers. Scans of IDs, utility bills, phone forwarding, and snail mail remailing services. Package it all together reliably and you could easily charge $200 for the initial scans and $200/year afterwards for services.

thats cheap, if you think about how much the high stakes pros earn, even after the lack of US players, you could be charging many thousands. It's also highly illegal, which is another reason to charge many thousands.

Do you know how much effort and skill a fake ID that will pass the security dept viewing takes?
I'd be willing to do it for a few clients, but you're off by at least a factor of 10 (depending on just how detailled it needs to be) about the price I'm afraid. If anyone is interested, PM me, if enough people are serious I will do a feasability study. Oh yah, and blah blah illegal.

There are many ways to set this up. Fake IDs is one way. Recruit volunteers to let people play under their name is another. I'm sure some enterprising entrepreneur can make this work for a price that would be reasonable for the average 2+2er.

Someone tell me why this wouldn't work...
1. Set up a P.O Box in Mexico 2. Set up a Mexican bank account 3. Use this information to create a new neteller and party poker account 4. Use an IP blocker when accesing poker software If this would work how much would you be willing to pay for someone to take care of the first two requirements without you having to leave your home?

You can't just setup bank accounts with no paperwork. Pretty much all banks in the international banking system will be checking IDs/residence/credit. The few rouge banks that don't check this info are not in the system and you can't withdraw/deposit money into them remotely - only in person. Here is what all the Thailand poker guys should do: offer identities of locals. Have them sign up for bank accounts/Neteller/sites and have their stuff linked to your neteller/bank. The Thai individual providing the identity would not know any login details/etc. I want my cut for the idea.

I never said anything about not requiring paperwork, I said you would not have to leave your home.
Fax in the required documentation and you have yourself a mexican bank account that you can access using online banking.
