Default Under repping and inducing a bluff from LAG, should I call the river?

Since I under represented my hand here, should I call or expect him to have me beat? Villain has been running quite laggy and we've already been tangling a bit and over 64 hands he's a 34/25, with a WTSD value of 68%! Aggressive post-flop. He once re-raised with 76s and called a re-re-raise with it, neat... he lost that hand vs a shortie

On the turn he has to be figuring me calling or raising with almost any hand I re-raise with, like TT+ and AQ+. Therefore the turn seemed like he tested me, would I have come over the top of him he would have had to fold but if I just called he could be thinking that he could take it away on the river with a big bet if I had KK,QQ or JJ. Am I thinking wrong?

i would just bet the flop against this guy. i might not even mind raising turn and getting ai, but as it is i would fold against anyone reasonable but not him.

Do you know he will do this as a bluff? I mean if he's a good LAG I fold.

Yes I think he is capable of bluffing alot here, and no he is not a good LAG imo. The problem is that he showed AK and won But hey perhaps its EV+ to call vs a bluffing LAG here?

if i check the flop and raise the turn, i have no intentions of folding to a 3-bet from this guy.
