Default If horse racing is legal, then heres what the sites can do

All the big sites open up online horse racing sites for U.S. players. We legally deposit into these sites. When we cashout, we cash out through these sites.

Once our money is there for horse racing, we just transfer it to the poker room and play poker. When we want to cash out, we transfer it back to the horse racing section. All transactions for deposit and cash outs are for horse racing purposes only as far as anyone can discern.

Problems solved. I'm sure glad our government doesn't want to save us from gambling on horses.

Interesting idea here. If Party Gaming opens up Party Horses, will ISPs/Banks/Credit Cards still be expected not to send money to them or allow traffic to them? Anyone know how that might be interpreted under the new legislation?

Is the exemption carved out only for U.S. horse racing, or all horse racing?

I'd thought the online lottery/horse racing was only for u.s. state organizations, but it'd be great if it wasnt.

You are probably right. Why else would the government exclude such a stupid gambling game to be permitted? Because they are US based companies paying US taxes from all that we lose wagering on such low returns gambles.

But if our gov cared so much about us losing our money, why do they encourage us to lose it on the worse payoff game you can find online? The gov doesn't make much sense.

Now I will have more time to spend on the 116 instant lotto ticket games and the 70 weekly drawing lottery games they have in my state, not to mention that I can go to any bar and some restaurants and play electronic keno all day long and buy all the pull tabs I can handle!!! Wooo-hooo, let the good times roll.

Come on, the lottery is a fair game, rake is only 50% and horse racing is a steal, I believe slightly over 20%.
