Default How would you attempt to achieve a solid 11$ hourly rate?

If you were given the choice of doing either:
a) Working in an ok job for 11$ per hour
b) Earning $11per hour playing online poker

and you chose (b), what would you believe to be the best way to achieve this? Would you grind out stt's/mtt's/cash/micro limits/low limit/no-limit??!?!?

Limit is much easier to bonus whore than NL. You can easily make $11/hour in bonuses and rakeback alone if you 2- or 3-table.

Option A and it isn't close.

Although $11/hr playing online poker almost seems hard to do at any limit that you'd be playing if you were actually a pro

3 tables of 1/2 limit holdem with bonuses and rakebake and you should do a little better than that. thats how i quit my $11 an hour job.

He's saying that no one who is good enough to go pro will be playing at levels where he will only be clearing $10/hr

I'd probably have to forget 80% of what I learned, drop down two or three limits, and picj up a bad drinking habit.

i.e. It's very easy to do at the lower limits. 2 tabling 50 NL would probably do it, leave alone bonuses/rakeback. I'd do NL cashgames.
