Default 6 max session turns into H/U: What a RUSH!

This is probably subject to deletion but I have to post this its like the first time I got a birdie playing golf.

Took this guy out in 80hands for his 20bb stack after everyone else left.

Couldn't have done it without some awesome training sessions sweating 6 max with btspider, Mr. Wookiee, Joe Tall and str8fish.

I got to tell you guys, its definitely worth the time sitting in those sessions.

It's nothing money wise but man oh man is this an adrenaline rush!!!!!!

Gonna go sit and have a drink to celebrate!

I didn't have to do anything but value bet, think I bluffed once.

I'll let someone give you the buzz kill by locking this thread, but for now I'll just say nice job. I know how you're feeling right now...like you could do no wrong and the guy could do nothing against you.

NH sir.

There was once when I lived out a secret fantasy. I was playing 6-max, and this donk was just taking all my money. Somehow, the other players left, and it was me and the donk heads-up.

You know how you always want to challenge the donk HU but don't, 'cause it makes you look like a whiny bitch? I had the chance.

And I beat him savagely. It was awesome.

There is this guy who is far superior at HU than me. He's beaten me two times before. I thought that if I changed my game against him the third time, he wouldn't know how to adjust to the new style. Then I beat him. That was NFinity. I might be 1/3 against him, but it felt awesome to take him down that one time... especially when it matters. I still think he is the better HU player, though. Given a 4th match, he'd adjust to the new style, but then to throw him off, I'd change my style again! SO YEA! JUST BRING IT!

I'd love to play dougshrapnel just to see how his style of play is like. CALLING DOUG!! OPEN CHALLENGE... $5 HU TOURNEY ON PS. I'd be willing to do $10 too, if you want.

I'd be willing to watch that challange. I learned more in the HU match DS and I practiced then all the others combined.

I found the session. It was great. At a 1/2 table, I whipped this donk for $28.25 in 19 hands for a cool 74.34 BB/100.

LOL:

Full Tilt 1/2 (heads-up)

Preflop: marchron is BB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Donk completes, marchron raises, Donk calls.

Flop: (4 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
marchron bets, Donk calls.

Turn: (3 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
marchron bets, Donk calls.

River: (5 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
marchron bets, Donk calls.

Final Pot: 6.75 BB (after rake)

Results:
marchron shows 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (two pair, Aces and Sevens)
Donk shows K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 10[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (one pair, Aces; King kicker)
Outcome: marchron wins 6.75 BB with two pair, Aces and Sevens.

And more LOLZ:

So was this a rush or superior play? If it was superior play, post some hands.

I always love when this happens. It seems like its never one of the better players at the table who sticks around to play HU.
