I never took any math class past Algebra 2…
Alright guys, need some help with some math. I’m trying to make a concerted effort to analyze my hands more in depth. I’m sure getting it all in on this hand is –ev, but I’d like to see just exactly how bad it is.
100NL 6max. I have $100, villain covers. I have been playing fairly tight PF for a few orbits. Only been involved in a couple of hands. Villain has been pretty taggish overall. He recently had a river bluff picked off. Sorry for not having the hand history with me. I make it $4 UTG with AxK[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], folds to Button who makes it $14, I call. Flop ($30) 359 all diamonds I make it $20, he pops it up to $60, Hero? Is checking a better option? What’s his hand range, and what’s my equity versus his possible holdings. Should I ever be getting it all in here? Let 'er rip. |

i dont have time to do a pokerstove, ill check back after class, my first instinct is that a shove is good and i suspect the math will back it up.
