Re: 2/4LO8- Top two from BB
LrdNikon - take this advice with a grain of salt because I'm down about 25BB today so it's clouded.
IT'S JUST ONE OF THOSE F'N DAYS! The kind where you play 142 hands and only win 3, one of which loses money to rake. The kind of day where all you want to do is pull the ears of baby bunnies. The kind of day where 'mute looks like a pussy. F' TODAY! You played it right... he got lucky. That p|_|ssy. Peace. |

Put MP1 on your buddy list. I want to be friends with any one who plays AA like that...

Re: 2/4LO8- Top two from BB
MP1 calls 2 cold with 2 players left to act with nothing but an overpair? Of course he is going to win, that can of stupidity has to be rewarded.
A set is somewhat likely since you are playing against 5 others so the 3 bet on the flop may be too much. Although it certainly defined your hand and indicated that neither opponent had the set. Not sure who calls your river bet that doesn't beat you though. MP1 was hanging around with something. My guess would have been a straight draw (I would never had guessed it was a pair of Aces.) that may have hit. |
