Made a loan to a regualar 2+2er, and got screwed...

I know I know, its an anonymous internet poker forum. It's 100% my fault. Anyway, I made a loan to this gentleman about 4 months ago, we have an E-agreement (I still have the e-mails, which I wont post). The amount was $600.00 He said he would pay me back $650.00 in 30 days. I still havnt seen a penny. This guy has been a regular poster here for a long time. Ive thought about not posting his screenname, but than I have decided to with the mods permission. His user name is SoCalRugger. Just wanted to make this public. Thank you kindly.

Not necessarily; but if you were going to post in the Zoo and you wanted to ask a mod about your post it would be normal to ask me or Jim Kuhn, not a mod of another forum.

i always got wierd vibes from socalrugger. Did he just stop replying to you or did he give you the run around or did he straight up say he wasn't going to pay you?

oh he was polite, but kept giving me excuses.... example, "something has come up and I will get you your money next friday for sure, with a little something extra for your trouble..." The first time I said OK no prob, but after like 3 or 4 times, come on............
