WTF am I doing here? The last 6 months have been brutally hard for me, and as much as I've denied it to myself, variance has finally got me lacking confidence in my game and I find myself doing stupid stuff all the time. Where do I proceed from here?

In that case, ask yourself this: do I have a good reason to *not* make a continuation bet?

You should ask yourself this question anytime you open-raise preflop, are flat-called and then checked to. Unless you have a very good reason to not bet, you bet.

Given that your stack is only 4.5x pot, this is not the time to get tricky. So, make your standard cont bet and then shut down unless you improve.

c-bet 140, you only get called by AT, A9, T9 and JQ. If you are called - you really want to improve on the turn to continue on with the hand...

What you're representing here is AQ/AK.

I c-bet almost any flop with Q, K or A. You'll be surprised how often 2-3 opponents just FOLD... c-bet 1/2 pot when flop is uncoordinated, 3/4 to pot when cordinated. This one has no FD, but it has T9, so I think 140 is about right...
