Easy questions people get wrong
What are some questions that seem easy, but people seem to get wrong?
I have one that i have asked over 20 college students and none of them have gotten it right, If you are running a race that you have not been lapped in, and you pass the person in 2nd place, what place are you in? The only person that got this right is my mother lol

st johns and everyone says 1st for some reason, i dont understand how stupid these people are, does anyone have any questions like this that seem simple but for some reason people get them wrong?

[/ QUOTE ] i was thinking first [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] of course, i didn't put much thought into it but i can understand why people would respond incorrectly if you just walked up to them and asked. kill me now, i do not deserve the air that i breath [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] gonna read the other responses now.

[/ QUOTE ] My initial reaction without thinking it through was "1st, obviously" because if you're in front of the second place person, you're first. I had to think it through to get it right. They're just not visualizing it or thinking about it before answering.
