No reads, except UTG is on both tables and has a pretty big stack (~11kish) on the table this hand was played on. (this is on party btw) Stacks are 4200 approx for me and CO, 11k for UTG, and 2k for sb.
on to the hand: UTG (main villain) pots it to 70, I call with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], CO makes it 300 to go, sb coldcalls, UTG calls, I raise to 1500, EVERYONE calls. flop ($6000) is 662r sb bets out 500 all-inn, UTG raises to 3k (putting me and CO all in, we both have about 2500 left) wtf? |

I get it in without hesitation. Villain should know you are a favourite to have AA and would definately raise flop here given the bet of 500 allin into pot of like 6; doesn't make sense for him to put it in BEFORE you, he could just wait for you to make your play after cold-calling. Sure he's aware his cold-call looks strong/awkward but how does that matter, he should also be aware that you are almost OBLIGED to push it in even if he just calls no matter what kind of doubts you have, you have a guy behind as well which would make you go allin here like 100% of the time and he should be aware of this. This is no decision imo.
I mean, look at it this way; pot is well over 5k, you haven't even got 3k left and flop is 662r and you have aces; it's impossible to fold when you got 4.5k in preflop here, no way never. |

UTG must know you have AA type hand, yet he doesnt seem to care. Unless you think he couldbe doing this with a KKQJ type hand (he woulda called that preflop for sure) then I guess I could find a fold, but probably not in the heat of the battle.

I don't think you can expect a better flop.

you are getting something like 3.5:1 on your money
the sb bet is near meaningless given the pot size, you have marked your hand, so it is good possibility that UTG is making a move, maybe with some outs. normally, dry pot bluff is a bad sign, but here if he has overpair, he probably thinks he's good as to SB. with three players and 7 known cards, there are two sixes left out of 45, and there are three ways to have pocket deuces, so, while you aren't a favorite to have the best hand, you probably have enough to call. also shading towards a call is that there aren't that many playable hands with 22 or a 6 that you would play for that much preflop. |

Any good run including a 6 is in anybody's range in my opinion. 9876, 8765, 7654, even 6543 seem reasonable with the preflop action-- even moreso in the hands of the later callers.
Basically, everybody will think OP has AAxx after the preflop action. If they think he can't get away from it, he should fold, if they think he can, he should call. |
