Default Underage withdrawing from Partypoker

I have a large amount of money sitting in my party account because it won't allow me to withdraw more than 10,000 a month without a SS number. The problem with that is I am only 17 and I am not sure if I should give them my SS# for verification, etc because they may realize I am underage and do something about it.

Does anyone know what would happen regarding this if I do give them my SS, because I really don't feel comfortable holding so much money in the account for another ~4 months until I turn 18, not to mention I will most likely be accumulating even more over that period. Will party take any action if they do realize I am only 17 or should I be okay giving them the SS# and withdrawing my money?

BTW, please don't bitch to me about playing underage.

Party can do anything they want if they find out you are underage. I would wait it out.

These "I'm underage help me play illegally/scam etc" posts need to go. Maybe there needs to be a "dont post about" like B&M has about posts like this?

Once you turn 18 won't they realize that you made the majority of your $ while you were under-aged? They might have a case against not paying you even after you turn 18 b/c you were under-aged when you opened the acct.

I will e-mail them and give them a heads-up on this situation, j/k....or am I?

Not sure why you don't go with this plan? I'm confident you're not paying the bills or anything that would cause you to need 10k/month...

It's not that I needed the money to spend its just that I don't like having to hold so much money in Party for such a long period of time. All I would really be doing is putting the money into neteller and still waiting until I'm 18 so I can legally pay taxes on it and get everything sorted out.

I like how you throw the word scam in there, wtf is that, where is my scam??? I was only asking opinions regarding withdrawal, nothing to do with "helping me play" or anything.

Thanks for the other replys. Exactly what I was fearing was party doing something crazy like confiscating all my funds, which they are definitely fully capable of (and within their rights based on the terms i'm sure as well), and with those replys that seems like it may be the case. I'll just wait until my birthday to get to ballin I guess.

Although I used it as a general term for the posts that have been popping up here the fact that you are either playing under someone else's account or lied about your age and trying to avoid the consequences of it by seeking advice on how to further your fraud is a scam to me.

Underage gambling is the #1 excuse politicians use to try and ban online gambling. These kind of posts do not help our cause any.
