It took me 10 days to get my money BEFORE they shut off US customers. My guess is that it will take longer with the long line of cashouts now.

For what it's worth, I got this:
Dear Mr **** Thank you for your message. Please be advised that our payments department is processing all Neteller payments. We would ask you to be patient and if you not receive the money after the time stated please contact us again.
