Default Curtains\' HH\'s tech support help

I'm a pretty good sng player but I'm a complete Donk when it comes to computers. I purchased 20 of his HH's and they came in 2 attachments in an email he sent me. I have winrar installed so I was able to open the files then I printed them, but instead of each tournament being listed seperately, the hands were lisited in the order he completed them so I would have Hand 1 from one table, then hand 1 from a different table, etc. and then several pages later the 2nd hand from the 1st table, etc.

I have pokertracker but I could never get it to work properly and never use it. I emailed back and forth with curtains and I understand that most people view the tournys through pokertracker. How do I import the files to PT to view them and is it possible to print them out in a way that shows the tournys individually?

Thanks for any help!

Place them in a text file and save in a location you will remember.
Goto File, import hand histories. Import to the location above.
Goto tournament player stats and look for curtains.

"Place them in a text file" Could you explain this?

I created a folder in "my documents" called handhistorys so I want to send them there. His email has 2 attachments that are .rar files. Do I need to extract the files? Right now I click on one of the attachments and it scans for viruses then I have a "download file" option. When I click that I can either select Open or Save. I'm basically lost at that point.

Copy them to notepad (.txt) and import them as described before.
