Guys going Tanning

I work during the day so I don't see much sunlight. As a result the tan I had from the beginning of the summer is gone. Is a guy going tanning gay?

My football playing roommate at college this year (jws43yale) went tanning and he said it was the gayest thing he has done...he proceeded to go 5 times in a week.

i couldn't imagine being able to honestly relate to a guy or a girl that uses tanning booths.

Why would people go to tanning salons in L.A.? I undersatnd these people living in some in some sunless purgatory like Massachusetts, but L.A.? The tanning fad came through Houston in the 80s and died. I was really surprised when I saw how many of these places there were in St. Louis. I actually worked with a guy that owned a chain of them.

I ignored this thread for days, then thought maybe it turned into one of those OOT gems, as there was no way such a gay question could still have legs.
