I sent this email to a friend recently. My biggest leak is probably this:

But the leaks that are annoying me the most currently are these:

i have a new mission at the tables:

1) always put the villain on a hand. no more of this "he seems weak" or "he seems strong" crap .. i'm losing too much money calling and bluffing.

2) listen to what the villain is saying and don't *ever* try to push someone off of something more than TPTK. nobody folds 2-pair ever. especially a flopped 2-pair.

3) if the board is QQx and there's a lot of betting, it's OK to drop Q2. really.

AK, i never know when to bother cont betting a missed flop or how to play it when i hit and get reraised, the hand haunts me every time i see a flop with it, and i absolutely can't lay it preflop
