Default Establishing baseline ROI expectations at Party speeds

It is approaching 6 mos since the Party switch and I feel that now people may have finally accumulated large enough sample sizes for us to begin making assumptions about potential ROI's at each level.

Pesonally, neither of my sample sizes are large enough to be without fault but I have run:

17% at the 33 speeds over about 1200 SNG's
19% at the 55 speeds over 700 SNG's

I feel that although my numbers may be a little high at the 55's, that 15%+ is definitely achievable for a good player.

Otherwise, I have heard that many players are having trouble turning more than 3-5% at the 530's as they are crowded with many top players.

I also know of a poster on 2+2 who has run 15%+ over a 2000+ tourney sample size at the $215's. But this poster is one of the most elite players in the game, so that number would not be achievable IMO be many great players, and quite possibly isn't sustainable as well.

I would just like to generate some general discussion among high volume players about numbers and such. 2p2 had an established set of baseline numbers pre-switch, but I feel that we are just now reaching the point where we can establish those guidelines again.

I'd agree that >15% is possible at the $55s. I've played about 1500 at >15%.

how many tables do you play simutaneously? set or continuously? I just started to play speed this month, and it seems hard for me 9-tabling. 7-8 bubbling/semi-bubbling tables are just too hectic for me to handle. I will try to reduce to 6-tabling to see if my ROI improves.

I used to 6-table conitnuously and have new moved up to 8-tabling. After about another 500 tourneys, I will make an attempt at the 109's and at least drop back to 6-tabling for a couple of days.

4 continuous. I was ITM on three of the four last night, and was finding it hectic. I'm not planning on adding any tables in the near future. I'd rather give the $109s a shot first.

I do not understand the complaints, do you use MTH and SNG opener? How many monitors are you using? 12 tabling is cake with the right setup.

it is just that when you have 7/8 table are bubbling/semi-bubbling, you dont have to enough time to respond . I had some time-outs last night when I had AK/TT with 5xBB stack. let alone the missed stealing oppurtunities.

Apparently the ROI at $55s can be much higher. I just played with a guy that is ITM >50% of the time and wins the whole thing 25% of the time. I don't know how many tables he plays, but it has to be at least 8 cause he was 0/4 on my tables.
