Default PS 2/4 - ATs facing a 3-bet preflop

Villain is 31/10/3.3 over 193 hands.

What would be your plan on the flop? Should I have Lead out?

If so do you Fold to a 3-bet?

PokerStars 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. MP1 posts a blind of $3.
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">8 folds</font>, Hero calls.

Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 bets</font>, Hero...

Is this a fold? My stats are very tight 12/7/2.5 and I am trying to add more hands...Is this a bad spot to do so?

Not UTG in a tough game. You should add more hands in later position. Like MP2 and up. Tight Stats. Are you able to have a good BB/100 with that?

Honestly no...my BB/100 is .90 at 2/4...which to me seems like I am wasting my time.

I desperately want to add more hands but I hate the idea of cold-calling raises with marginal hands, or playing junk late. It's definetly something I need to work on.

Any thoughts on how to add more hands profitably?

Preflop is fine. Anyone who folds ATs UTG is too tight.

I check/raise the flop. Call down if 3-bet. Lead turn if not.

Cold calling is not the answer.
