That's going to be a great match.
The only teams facing each other in 2 worldcup finals.
No doubt germany's gonna win with the performance they've shown during the last matches.
So book your flights home Argentinian fans, for July 1st.

Try saying what's on the left of this image. It makes more sense.

What I read "on the left of this image" was "it's coming home, it's coming..."

You're right. Complete nonsense.

Anyone else disappointed with Saviola/Crespo combo vs. the Tevez/Messi combo for Argentina? I think Messi is a play maker and so is Tevez, it will be interesting to see who Argentina starts against Germany.

the Polish strikers are looking great for Germany, but their defense is weak (weaker than the Mexicans, at least). They have yet to face a good offense (swedes were a total disappointment all tournament), and once they do alot of goals will go in. Expect a higher scoring game, I say Argentina >> Germany 3-2.

On a neutral field, I'd see an advantage for Argentina. Home field advantage turns this around.

Germany is nowhere near Argentina, not even close. It would be a huge upset to see Germany go through.

You don't watch much soccer do you?

Never heard of home field advantage?

you're right, I'll rephrase:
It would take horrible refereeing to see Germany go through.

Interesting odds. Going into the round of 16, Germany was +800 to win the WC, while Argentina was at +380. Now Germany is the favorite in this match. Did Germany really look that good and Argentina that bad? I would say fatigue might play into the equation for ARG, but the teams are getting 6 days rest. The German back line hasn't really been tested yet. I think Argentina's array of strikers will give the German D fits. Riquelme needs to step up and have a better game, but gimme the (slight) underdog Argies in this one.
