Default Common Flop Situation, monotone flop

Opponent is TAGish.

Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls.

Flop: (4.50 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises</font>

I often fold here but sometimes call and I really don't know why.

I think the furthest I would go vs a nonmaniac would be to call the flop and fold unimproved on the turn. But honestly I wouldn't be surprised if folding immediately isn't best vs the LAG also.

Against the tag I think flop's a clear fold. With a LAG I'm fine with calling down sans a club.

I would expect the LAG to have a pair here more often than the TAG.

Yeah, so? He'll also have a lone club a lot more often.

What is your reasoning behind this and what is your turn plan?

Simply, I know I am going to fold to a C/R here most of the time, so why not take a free card and see what the turn brings. An offsuit card that pairs my hand and I will bet or raise the turn, a 4th flush card &amp; I have a lot of options as well. Too often this flop will get raised by all sorts of trash and I hate folding the best hand when I have position.
