Why is Betfred's poker bonus mentioned so much?

Why is this site's bonus so good? Clear rate of 10x? It's not listed anywhere on bonuswhores, the site on which I normally rely. Also, do they have reloads? Any other helpful info about Betfred poker appreciated, thanks.

It's a freakin' great bonus. 10x ANY raked hand, not some bobo requirement for being raked a certain amount. Clears just like Party. You get excited when they have a reload, right? Well, this is like a $250 Party reload. Also, even though the game availability is a little weak, I found that the $50 NL games were super-soft. The live support is a great feature as well. It's the best bonus I've done recently. Get some.

I also think it is an incredible bonus. I think they are doing reloads for selected people all I got is $15 in my account. Unfortunately you need to earn points for reload bonuses but theirs is the most generous point system of any ipoker site.

Just want to clarify, I am hearing different things.
Can I clear the bonus by playing .10/.25 NL or do I need to play at least .25/.50 NL?
How much does the rake have to be for it to be considered a "raked hand"?

Maybe if the bonus didnt clear easy as can be and their support was undeniably the best in the biz, making everyone leave their site with a smile on there face, then so many people wouldn't talk about this site so much. I can guarantee that if they could get competitive crappy reloads compared to the other ipoker skins as well as say 30% rakeback available, this would be the most popular ipoker site. Their live support is that good. Near the end of my bonus clearing they eventually became psychic. Great place. Too bad the stop is so short...

Echoing the other posters, great customer service and an easy to clear bonus.

Live support was always able to tell me how many raked hands I had cleared. My bonus was added to my account while I chatted with their support last night as I finally finished it up. Do not miss this bonus.

If you can play during the afternoon US time, the games are crazy soft. Playing $50NL, I turned my $250 deposit into $625 in short work.
