I usually 6-table NL50 holdem for my bonuses, but I was planning to do a few "contributed rake" bonuses on Prima. Will a bonus clear quicker at 7-stud if it is contributed rake, cos you ante every pot?
I was thinking to 6-table stud could be difficult as you need to keep an eye on all the upcards round every table. Whats the best way to do contributed rake bonuses? Thanks. |

I can 8-table NL 6-max, but can't play more than 4 stud tables otherwise I'll start losing track of which cards are folded.
Also, Stud hands play much slower than HE hands. Even though it takes longer to clear with NL, it's probably not worth the hit in your winrate to play stud just to clear bonuses. |

Prima usually only has the 1 .5/1 Stud game going.

Multi-tabling stud is pretty hard, I think. You'd clear bonuses faster, but you'd probably make up the difference in losses at the table.

Stud sounds like a slow way to clear a bonus

if you can handle lots of stud tables (and can fidn enough games) you can clear them quickly with stud.
5 stud is best, if you can find it |

I find multi tabling stud over 3 tables almost impossible. I'm sure there are plenty who can do it but I'm not in that group.

i 8 table stud (4 stud high tables, 4 stud hi/lo tables at a time) for what it's worth.

Thanks for the replies,
I think i'll stick to holdem cos I can't keep track of the stud cards especially if the kids are shouting in my ear. |
