No one can, because it'd be burning money. Any card besides a 7 or Q and you should be 3-betting a good amount of the time.

You're scared of exactly T9? C'mon ...

I see people flop two pair and wait to raise all the time. They want you to keep betting. He maybe even have just a J and be bluffing.

What makes you think that he almost never has a 3. I put him on a 3 as soon as he raised.

there is also a chance he has a 3. discount J8 a bit because he already had two pair on the flop and you're looking at nine combos each of J7 and 87 which is now a middle two pair and behind any jack. T9 makes up 16 hands with which he will extract max value from us.

so "exactly" T9 is a little overexaggerated. he will have it often.
