Having played a lot of both kinds of football, there is noooo comparison. American football is a MUCH MUCH MUCH more dangerous/painful sport to play. Don't let the pads fool you.

Most of the injuries in soccer that were in that video looked malicious. Imagine football where players are actually trying to kill hurt each other.
