Default Playing full time / pro

I am about to graduate college and am thinking about spending a year playing poker in order to save up money to pursue a law degree or phd. How difficult is it to actually play full time for a while? Possible issues include:
- 40 hrs a week of poker = burnout
- Downswings are very stressful if br is used to pay rent
- Job is extremely antisocial and provides no useful experience for future career
- No health/dental insurance coverage

With all these things in mind, I decided that I don't want to do this unless I can make at least 120,000 in a year. Suppose that with various bonuses and significant rb I run exactly 2bb/100 playing 3 tables SH at a time at 5/10, and that I am currently at 5/10 b/c I don't yet have the br for 10/20 (which is to say, I may eventually be able to play higher). Is it possible to make 120,000+ without burning out?

I play 90 hours a week

I wouldn't do this unless you are already a significant winner over a large number of hands.

wtf true.

how many hands/month?

can I ask what limits you're playing?

OP, 120k at 5/10 is probably pretty tough to guarantee. I'd get a job and play pt, but that's just me.

How do you do it? Do you exercise any game selection? I'm lucky if I can find 6 games at a time to play and often have to settle for just 2 games at once. I'm beginning to play multiple sites at the same time to help combat this problem but I'm just beginning to work out the kinks. Man if I played 100k hands a month, I'd be rich...

playing all the different limits i usually have a choice between 10 tables at prima, a lot of tag-filled tables with some fish. It is alright, not too bad.

Man, I thought my measly 2k hands a day was working. You are officially insane.

I really doubt that guy plays 90 hours a week. That's about 13 hours a day 7 days a week with no breaks. Either he's lying or has no life. What good is making all that money if you just keep making money instead of having fun with it?
