Default Still No Affiliate Payment from UB for Oct.

Has anyone ever received an explaination why they are always late? Have you been paid for Oct?

Side Issue:

We hosted a tourney on 10/25 and UB promised 3 TEC's. Only took 7 emails and 3 weeks to pay my players. What a horrible way to treat customers. My rep never even has an excuse. "I'll check on that!" "Should be soon!" "sorry for delay!"

Rachna is worthless. I get better support at Burger King.

On a side note, has anyone heard from the affiliate manager of UB direct latly? I sent him an email and it bounced!

Some will pay before they are paid, so that doesnt really answer the question. Thx anyways though.

Rachna is mine. She answer emails in 2-5 days usually. Answers about 30% of the questions I ask. I have asked for her managers name twice. She just ignores most questions.

Rachna is my contact as well, and you are quite correct that she (a) takes forever to answer any questions and (b) NEVER answers/solves everything with just one email.

I have had decent success in getting what I need done by UB and Rachna but the trick is email, email, email. Just keep on emailing her at LEAST once per day (until she probably gets sick of seeing a new email from you, lol) and stuff actually gets taken care of, but I have to admit, it sometimes can take upwards of two weeks even with an email or two per day.

This sounds like bad management. Was going to open an account on there but now I don't think I will. I don't want to support a site with such bad customer service.

They sent the following email today. What's strange though is that I know of several people who recieved their funds via neteller today!

Thank you for your patience regarding the delay in receiving your October affiliate payment via NETeller. We realize that this has been a great inconvenience and we deeply regret that we have not been able to make payments on time.

It seems that the reason for the delay is that the wire transfer for affiliate payments has been cancelled by NETeller due to issues they are experiencing with processing transfers in U.S. funds.

Please know that this was unexpected and that the reason for the delay was only communicated to us yesterday. As a result, we have ceased using NETeller as a payment option indefinitely until this situation can be resolved.

In order to expedite your payment, we have arranged to have affiliate payments issued directly to your UltimateBet player account. If you prefer, you may change your payment preference to check instead and receive all future payments by check in USD.

Please reply ASAP with your player account username and email address (or mailing address for check) so that we can send your payment at the earliest.

In case you are interested, we've included the email from NETeller Merchant Business Development below.
