Re: line check 30+3 ps
Pre flop/flop are good. Turn is close but if you feel like he might be doing this with a straight draw or little A it's not bad, esp if he checks back riv a lot.

Re: line check 30+3 ps
A c-bet against 3 players may often not be a good idea, but I think this was a good spot to put one in.
The other three players have been entirely passive so far (absent any reads you might have had on them), and a c-bet of 140-150, with you only having one player to act behind, would give you a better idea if anyone has a Jack. It also represents a very small portion of your stack so a spot of aggression there might have let you pick up the pot. On the turn the BB decides to have a go since no-one else has shown any interest. With odds of 4 to 1 and drawing to top pair I'd probably let it go here. If you were happy to call a turn bet of 80, again betting out on the flop might have made your decision to stay in the pot or not, easier. I'm new enough to no limit tournaments and am generally increasing my aggression levels in them, so if anyone thinks c-betting this particular flop is too much please let me know |
