NL 100 - AA not raising preflop

I have had 4-5 hands the last couple of days where villains have had pocket AA and do not raise preflop. I am throwing away money in these situations and would appreciate any suggestions. Some will limp and call a raise and I just can't seem to put them on a hand. Comments welcome and appreciated, here is just 1 example but have more that are similar.

2 folds, MP1 calls $1, 5 folds, Hero raises to $7, MP1 calls $5.

Flop: ($13.50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $12, MP1 raises to $24, Hero raises to $105.85 (All-In), MP1 calls $37.45 (All-In).

Turn: ($180.80) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players, 2 all-in)

River: ($180.80) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players, 2 all-in)

Final Pot: $180.80

no read on this villain, he has only been at the table for 3 hands. With his mini raise I thought maybe trips but was not confident and talked myself in to him having AQ.

i do not understand why you are pushing. just call and reevaluate turn.

I pushed because I thought my hand was good and he only had ~ $37 left. If he is all-in on turn do we fold? What if turn is not an A?

What do we put villain on with miniraise? My thoughts were:
1. AQ
2. flush draw (I would not miniraise there but have seen
it often at this level
3. trips
