This is a tough one because you only min raise pre flop. Dont know why you would do this- it is inviting people to call with marginal hands that could crush you.
The only reason you may be doing this is to hope someone will call, hit top pair and then push. If that is the plan then you have to call. Small blind could really have anything- 10 8, flush or straight draw, A 10, anything really. In this position I would call, though had you raised larger pre flop you would have a far better idea on what you were up against |

i think this is supposed to be .5/1 so preflop is fine.
