Peter Gammons
Does anyone know if he's sick or anything? Last time I was listening to him he was slurring his words and stuttering a lot. Just now I was sitting here and only half listening to the TV. I got annoyed at whoever was stuttering and realized it was him. Has anyone else noticed this? He's getting pretty old, so it wouldn't surprise me.

Re: Peter Gammons
He had a brain aneurysm.
Enough is enough with this guy. I understand ESPN bringing him back as a morale booster since sports is this guy's life. I would hope after this baseball season they can talk him out of coming back. |

Re: Peter Gammons
Gammons is only 62!? WOWOWOW. I would have thought he was around 68 by now.
And yeah, I don't notice much of a difference. He's always stuttered, but this year he's just having a bit of a difficult time with his annunciation. If you ever can't understand what he said, it was something about Boston or A-Rod. That's all you need to know. |
