4 TEAM NFL/ OSU-FL TEASER GooD?
Hey everyone, I'm about to put a large wager (large to me at least) on a 4 team teaser at Bodog and I just want to get your guy's feedback first. I believe this is a true Wong teaser, seeing as the Bears game cover 7 and 3 and so does the Baltimore game. Any thoughts?
risk $100 to win $200.00 Chicago Bears (-2) vs. Seahawks OSU (-1/2) vs. FL Baltimore Ravens (+3) vs. Colts OSU vs. FL UNDER 54 points. |

Re: 4 TEAM NFL/ OSU-FL TEASER GooD?
You aren't supposed to tease through zero for Wong teasers. Covering the 7 and 3 means going from -8 to -2 or +2 to +8, not -4 to +3.
-SonnyJay *EDIT: Also, Wong teasers were designed for NFL matchups, not college football. |

Wong teasers also do not include totals or college games.

So teasing a team from -4 to +3 is not a good bet? I just starting sports betting so I need so help here. Would a better bet be to tease the colts to +11?

Re: 4 TEAM NFL/ OSU-FL TEASER GooD?
It's generally not a good idea to tease across zero. Personally, I'm not looking to include a game with a 4.5 spread in a teaser. The whole "teasers are +EV" discussion on the board is only for specific teasers (pure Wong teasers and sometimes ones very close to them), not all teasers.
And the comment about buying SSB is a good one, particularly if you plan to continue doing this. -SonnyJay |
