Two River Decisions: bf VS cc
Hadn't played a ton with either opponent, but the guy in the first hand seemed solid. Guy in second hand seemed at least decent.

Re: Two River Decisions: bf VS cc
Why did you check-call the flop in #1?
I think c/f should be included in your options; not just c/c or b/f. In #2 I think you can betfold. |

Re: Two River Decisions: bf VS cc
yeah, i like c/f best in hand 1. he might turn a-hi into a bluff but he doesn't have a-hi very often given pf.

[/ QUOTE ] Ya sorry Rob that was just an oversight when making up the post title. I actually think that #1 c/f is the best option. Do you think it's even close there? What would be your (possibly distant?) second choice? |

Re: Two River Decisions: bf VS cc
I think c/f is right on the river in hand 1 but how did you get there? I think the flop peel is thin to say the least. Am I wrong to make c/f on that flop my default. Pretty significant RIO spot?

I usually peel here with the Ace of trump and fold without.

Re: Two River Decisions: bf VS cc
Hand 1: c/f
Hand 2: b/f (If the flop was more draw heavy I might c/c to induce a bluff, but in this spot I think you have a value bet to make AQ, 88, and 77 pay you off) |
