AK against dummy
Only played about 2 rounds with the villain, but I can tell he isnt good. I've caught him bluffing me before, although he didn't shove like this. FWIW, he almost autopushed the river.

Re: AK against dummy
Seems like a fold without a better read.

Re: AK against dummy
Fold. You only beat a complete bluff, and many hands beat you here, including sets of 4s or 9s or a crap two pair, possibly KQ. Furthermore, you said you caught him bluffing you earlier, so he's less likely to be doing so now. Without further reads, it's a clear fold.

[/ QUOTE ] That's an interesting argument, but here's the problem.... If you caught him bluffing, it's evidence that he has and will try to bluff you. Assuming that because he got caught he's going to stop doesn't necessarily make sense, even though I see why you think so. This hand is likely still a fold, but that rationale on bluffing....I don't know if I buy it. In fact, with some villains, it could be the exact opposite. i.e. getting caught tilts them into trying to bluff more. |

Re: AK against dummy
This is what I thought CloseTwin. I ended up folding, but kind of thought I had the best hand.

Re: AK against dummy
Wow that be a loose call. Top pair top kicker is not a half my stack call to me.
