ATTN: Elitist pigs - We need another MAGOO FEST very soon
OK.
I've been called an elitist pig several times. But then I've also gotten called a F** AND a womanizer [/i]in the same thread.[/i] So I decided to go with the elitist pig thingie... Obviously MAGOO FEST is all about us elitist pigs getting together and Magoo-ing it up like the pigs we are (elitist, that is). Really, all we need is a date. That's what this thread is designed for. Come up with one. Since I don't really give a schmegg what date it is, I'll take suggestions at first, then try to narrow it down based on what youz guyz want. It should be noted that there will be some major nuts kicked during this event. In addition, there was some talk about some heads-up possibilities between myself and certain other "elitist pigs." Some star-trek fanatic type dude... and one of the drews. Whatever. I do what I want. And if we can't narrow it down to one or the other in this thread (or some other friggin' Magoo), we'll have some sort of format that allows a double nut-kicking type thing, so we can all play. This event will of course be majorly hyped up, with a betting line and all, so there can be major side bets involved. I shall have a professional assist with the formation of a proper line, of course. This will not be a hold'em only type event. Noooooo. We've gotta play some crazy ass stupid ridiculous format / games, otherwise it'll just be no fun. Voting off the island? Maybe. All hold'em? Never. Someone needs to be kicked in the nuts just for thinking the thought. Other possibilities include... A tournament (involving only elitist pigs of course) Another craps fest (which was a blast last time) Some other type of casino related sort of gambling entertainment type of pointless competition. Maybe an all-around gambling fool type of thing? I have some ideas, but we'll see where that one goes... Or we could save time and everybody just whip it out and we'll measure.... I, and some of my cronies, cohorts, collaborators, collusionists and colleages* will of course endeavor to come up with celebrity guests, as well as pseudo-celebrity poker Magoos of all types. So break out the bennies, it's time to buy-in. Door prizes, Magoo prizes, pointless prizes of all types. Ridiculous beats. Sore assess. Huge pots won with garbage. Gigantic stacks. It's all there. You know it. You want it. You made it. You love it. Magoo-Fest. al *it took a lot of effort to come up with so many words that started with "c" here that sort of loosely fit together

After any2cards's review of the first magoofest I would like to attend. I suck at planning things and gamble gamble, but I am pretty decent at gettting hammered and being unable to discern what my hand is. Anytime in the next couple months would work great.

I remember last years from when I worked at the MGM...this HAS to be done. Depending on how late in April it might be, there is a chance I could attend. I still wonder how many cardrooms in the entire country...hell, the entire world, that have bet money on what seat will win the puck...

I will NOT be attending this one. I'm done with Capone's magoofests and the fact it is at the MGM just makes it about 1000x worse. I'm done with MGM as well... that cardroom has some pretty bad management.
