Re: Flopped flush from stox video
I would normally put in another raise on the turn. 3nd nuts looks good, but if he 3 bets I would slow down. No one gives anyone credit for a flopped flush and since so many people will jam the flop with the ace it leads to so many others jamming with as little as top pair.

Re: Flopped flush from stox video
calling the flop c/r is standard if you plan to raise a none spade turn. i dunno wtf he is doing just calling.

I hate it, 3bet the flop or raise the turn.

Re: Flopped flush from stox video
Agreed....you need to charge button to draw to the nut flush (assuming he is on a draw). I haven't seen the video so I don't know how the hand was played out.

action here is pretty unclear. the turn call is expert. [/ QUOTE ] Did I screw up anything other than leaving out buttons flop call? If so, sorry . I know that conventional wisdom is to pop the flop or turn, im curious as to why you think that waiting for the river is expert. |
