game selection (multitabling)
for multitablers 12+ at like $27T +
if you open up a lobby and see lets say 15 tables in the lobby all with 2 regs waiting, do you just wait till they're done opening tables? or play em anyway? |

Re: game selection (multitabling)
2 2p2ers, yes I would wait.
2 other regulars, no. That said, if it is the time of day where it is likely I won't continually run in to regulars then I will wait. If it is during primetime, then I'll reg because it's going to happen regardless & most regulars are stupid & will register behind you even if you have like 2-3 others already in with you. |

Re: game selection (multitabling)
I didn't say there weren't winners...
Most of them I have good read on & know exactly how they play & can exploit it. Obviously if you can wait so that there aren't any playing, then do so. |

Re: game selection (multitabling)
just depends who the regulars are for me...if its 2 2p2ers i respect i agree with Dan, I'd wait, but most regulars I would just sit with. most regs really arent that good IMO, and as stated can be exploited by making notes and adapting to their common spots of play with 20bb's and less and into their push/fold ranges.

If I had enough data on regulars I'd narrow down their calling/pushing ranges, some people basically push/call readless without regard to their opponents. Some will size their bets differently, especially c-bets, or something like AA/KK min raises etc. You really have to take time going thru PT and examine their game. |

[/ QUOTE ] If i know they are 2p2 I utilize that information for both game selection (Sometimes) and in-game (obviously)...if i dont already know who they are, i assume they suck, and if i see a regular and i dont know if he is/isnt 2p2, i assume he isnt and approach accordingly while trying to obtain reads. i find it better to assume everyone sucks until proven otherwise. im not sure who you are on stars nor do i know if ive ever played with you. |
